Verification before dispatch
Before dispatch, MN-F performs the verification procedure agreed in the quotation. Depending on the item it covers manufacturer and type identification, part number, serial number and date code, quantity, condition and completeness, datasheet reference, photographic documentation, packaging, origin documentation and manufacturer certificates. The verification report documents the result for that order.

Export documentation is prepared according to the agreed delivery structure and destination requirements. The shipment’s document package is listed on the procurement page.
What the report is not
The report records the result of an internal verification procedure of MN-F. It is not a safety inspection under German UVV regulations, and it does not replace manufacturer certification or a notified body’s conformity assessment.

The term Fachgeprüft
MN-F stands for Maschinen Nord – Fachgeprüft. Fachgeprüft refers to this internal verification procedure.
